1. How can I collaborate with my team and clients?
Mockfire provides a platform that enables you to collaborate with your team and clients seamlessly. You can invite team members to join your workspace, create tasks, and assign them. This allows you to work together on content creation and receive feedback on your work in real-time. Share your work with clients when it’s ready to review and publish to social media by connecting your go-to scheduling apps to Mockfire.
2. How many brands can I add to my workspace?
You can add up to 100 brands to your account, depending on the membership you have activated. If you run out of bandwidth for your plan, you can upgrade it at any time from our pricing page.
3. Will clients have to sign up to view the content I share with them?
When you share content with your clients Mockfire automatically creates a guest link for your clients to view and approve content and share feedback. There is no need for them to sign up to Mockfire. However, we recommend adding your clients emails to your workspace so you don’t have to type out their email every time you need to share content with them.
4. What features are available to me with my free 30 day trial?
Our free 30-day trial gives you complete access to our suite of features, including inviting team members, creating tasks, adding brands, approval workflows, scheduling, and access controls. You can use this trial period to test out all the features and functionalities of Mockfire before committing to a paid plan.
5. Which social media platforms does Mockfire support?
Mockfire currently supports all the major social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest.
6. What kind of content can I create with Mockfire?
Mockfire enables you to create a variety of social media content, including images, videos, GIFs, and text-based posts. You can customise your content for posts, stories, carousel ads, web-click ads and app-install ads.
7. Can I control the permission levels for different team members?
Yes, you can control the permission levels for different team members on Mockfire. You can give users read-only access or the ability to approve content on behalf of the client.
8. Can I change plans or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can change plans or cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this by logging into your Mockfire account and accessing your account settings. Changes to your plan or cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
